I recently pre-ordered a cake from Dairy Queen Evanston for my partner's 30th birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I emailed a picture for the cake design 3 days in advance, not really knowing how it would turn out. When I picked up the cake, I was absolutely blown away - it was the most beautifully decorated cake I've ever ordered. My partner was thrilled, and we both loved how it looked and tasted. The cake was so delicious that we finished the 8 inch cake in just 3 days! Thank you so much Dairy Queen Evanston for making our celebration even more special. I always frequent this DQ location as it’s convenient, always clean and has a great selection of cakes and frozen treats. Not a lot of food options at this location however, I am not bothered by this as I don’t go for the food rather the ice cream treats. Recently purchased a cake, was on time for pick up, looked and tasted great. Thank you

We've been going to this DQ for years and we have bought several birthday cakes from here including 1 last month and 1 this past week. They do such a nice job and you can tell how much effort and pride goes into what they do. This review is long overdue. The Nolan Hill location is closer and we will never go back there but I want the tone of this review to be positive since it is about DQ Evanston. It is always so clean, staff are friendly and the cakes look great every time. Thank you DQ Evanston!!

Kind staff, got our order correct, everything tasted great! The prices are very high at Dairy Queen, and I would recommend you to go to an actual ice cream shop or McDonald’s

We usually go for great deserts here after Subway or Popeyes. Service is fast and the icecream consistently well balanced between frozen and edible. Even the toppings are better, fresher here than at other DQ locations we tried around Calgary.

The service is always fast and the shop is clean. There are a lot of cakes and designs, and I love that they write on the cake for free if you want. Also I especially like plain ice cream, so if I had to compare, the ice cream here is not creamy, which is why it is so delicious!
